How it works: Getting Your Permanent Jewelry

1. Pick Your Chain:

Choose from a curated selection of high-quality chains available in PVD (physical vapor deposition) stainless steel, sterling silver, gold-filled, or solid gold on request. You can also select a charm or connector for a personal touch!

2. We'll size the chain perfectly to your wrist, ankle, or neck to ensure its snug but comfortable.

3. Get Zapped: Using a quick, safe welding process, we zap the ends together-seamlessly connecting your chain with no clasp. It's completely painless and takes a few seconds.

4. You're All Set!

Your permanent jewelry is ready to wear 24/7-swim, shower, sleep, and shine in it. It's a lasting piece, but you can remove it anytime with scissors if needed.

Warranty & repairs?

We offer complimentary repairs at the weld site within 7 days of your appointment. After that, standard re-weld fees apply.

Please note:

- Repairs are limited to the original weld point only

- The warranty and repair policy covers the original weld site only.

- We do not cover lost pieces, stretched chains, or damage from improper care.

- Treat your chain with love-it may be dainty, but it's designed to last!

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Because each piece is custom-fitted and welded on, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns or exchanges once the jewelry has been cut and applied.
